Music rights
Music rights for Nightflat listening.
Nightflat is built for personal listening. This page explains how Nightflat music is created, how it is streamed on Nightflat.com, and what remains protected.
Copyright ownership
All music on Nightflat.com is protected.
Nightflat music is created, curated, and controlled by Nightflat through paid commercial production tools, then made available on Nightflat.com for personal listening only.
Unless a track page or written agreement clearly says otherwise, all music, audio recordings, mixes, loops, artwork, names, and related creative materials made available through Nightflat.com are owned by Nightflat, licensed to Nightflat, or otherwise used with permission.
Nightflat has the authority to stream this music on Nightflat.com. Visitors do not receive ownership rights, copyright rights, resale rights, or distribution rights by listening to the music on the website.
Artist pages and feeds
Artist updates are part of the Nightflat world.
Artist profiles, follow counts, bios, images, and Artist Pulse feed posts are a creative presentation layer around the Nightflat music library. They are written and curated as in-world fiction, not as factual claims about real-world people or public activity outside Nightflat.
The feature exists to give listeners a more playful way to discover songs, follow moods, and interact with the flat. It does not change the music rights, ownership, or personal-listening limits explained on this page.
Allowed use
Streaming is allowed through the site.
You may play and listen to the music only through the Nightflat.com website for personal, private listening, focus, study, sleep, rest, and similar personal listening use.
You may share normal links to public Nightflat pages, playlists, or rooms, as long as you do not copy, extract, rehost, or present the music as your own.
Not allowed
Downloading and reuse need permission.
You may not download, rip, record, scrape, copy, store, redistribute, sell, sublicense, upload, broadcast, remix, sample, use in videos, use in livestreams, train AI systems on, or otherwise reuse Nightflat music unless Nightflat gives you clear written permission.
Temporary technical buffering that happens naturally while streaming in a browser is allowed only as part of normal playback. It does not give you permission to keep or reuse the audio files.
Creators and businesses
Commercial use is not included.
Nightflat music may not be used in commercial projects, advertisements, podcasts, games, apps, social videos, background music services, public venues, products, or client work without a separate written license from Nightflat.
If Nightflat later offers creator licenses, downloads, subscriptions, or premium usage rights, those terms will apply only to the specific tracks and uses described at that time.
Platform safety
Please respect the listening experience.
Do not bypass player controls, access restrictions, premium restrictions, rate limits, or technical protection measures. Do not use automated tools to collect audio files, metadata, accounts, rooms, playlists, or listening data from Nightflat.com.
Accounts, playlists, rooms, comments, profiles, and other user-facing areas must not be used to post unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, harass users, or disrupt the service.
Claims and permissions
Rights questions should be handled in writing.
If you believe content on Nightflat.com infringes your rights, or if you want permission to use Nightflat music outside the website, contact Nightflat through the official contact channel available on the site and include enough detail for the request to be reviewed.
Nightflat may update this page as the music library, licensing options, premium features, or legal requirements change.
